Correct brushing techniques
To have a beautiful and healthy smile, it is necessary to brush your teeth every day, after each meal and always before going to bed.

Correct use of dental floss:

- Carefully follow the curves of your teeth.
- Always use a clean portion of floss for each space.
- Make sure to clean beyond the gum line, but do not force the floss against the gum.
